General Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer is the highest-ranking person within the Corporation staff structure.

The CEO oversees all operations, functions, and activities for Never-Ending Grace Corporation. The CEO is responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision. The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board.  

Education
A bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields with 5 or more years’ experience in successful business management. Experience in non-profit leadership preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Chief Executive Officer will:

• Accept invitations to share God’s Word on behalf of Never-Ending Grace Corporation throughout the city, state, and beyond.

• Agree with Never-Ending Grace Corporation’s Purpose, Mission, and Statement of Faith, and adhere to the goals and philosophies of the corporation.

• Be responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of Never-Ending Grace Corporation staff operations and programs.

• Build an effective team of leaders by ensuring guidance and coaching

• Create a complete business plan for the attainment of the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors

• Create and implement a variety of outreaches to the community representing the goals and programs of Never-Ending Grace Corporation.  

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at promoting Never-Ending Grace Corporation’s mission and “voice” by managing and leading Never-Ending Grace Corporation towards those goals

• Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management whenever necessary

• Ensure adherence to Never-Ending Grace Corporation’s daily activities and long-term plans to establish policies and guidelines

• Forge and maintain relations of trust with business and community leaders by acting as a representative of Never-Ending Grace Corporation in ways that strengthen its profile

• Oversee and report on Never-Ending Grace Corporation results to the Board of Directors.
  Oversee the accurate and timely analyses that captures and communicates results achieved by the Never-Ending Grace Corporation team and their performance trends.

• Provides leadership to and manages the efforts of the staff to ensure appropriate support to staff and their related areas of responsibility.

• Retains a diverse, highly qualified paid and volunteer staff by providing coaching, growth, and personal development for all workers.

• Teach Scriptural truths at every opportunity.

Overview
The Chief Executive Officer for Never-Ending Grace Corporation is responsible to the Chairman of the Board of Director's, directing operational decisions to increase strategic outreach.  The CEO provides leadership and guidance for Never-Ending Grace Corporation. The CEO will establish and maintain working relationships with the media, business partners, the community, and community leaders.  The CEO will oversee the various Tribes and their staffs.  The CEO develops, maintains, expands, and promotes the services and offerings of Never-Ending Grace Corporation.

Compensation
The Chief Executive Officer's salary based on industry standards as well as previous experience will have a starting range between $220,000 and $230,000 per year.  The Chief Executive Officer will also receive the Never-Ending Grace Corporation benefits package (see attached).
